采用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)作为吸收剂吸收NO_2,制成新型氧化剂TBP-NO_2,并对该氧化剂催化氧化乳酸酯的反应进行了研究,系统讨论了氧化剂用量、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对反应的影响.研究结果表明:TBP-NO_2是一种性能温和的氧化剂,能高效地将乳酸酯氧化为丙酮酸酯,反应具有较高的选择性.氧化反应完成后,TBP可以回收并加以循环使用,从而为NO_2废气的治理与利用提供了一条新途径.

Tributyl phosphate (TBP) was used as the absorbent of NO_2 to prepare a novel oxidizing agent TBP-NO_2 and the reaction of alkyl lactate oxidation by TBP-NO_2 was studied.The reaction conditions were optimized in terms of the oxidant dosage,the reaction time,the catalyst dosage,the reaction temperature,etc.The study showed that TBP-NO_2 is a moderate oxidizing agent,which can convert the alkyl lactate into corresponding alkyl pyruvate effectively.As a carrier of NO_2,TBP can be recovered and recycled after the completion of oxidation process.The reaction provides a new method for the treatment and utilization of NO_2 offgas.
