本文建立了高效液相色谱法测定全脂乳粉中苯甲酸含量的不确定度评定方法,并对测量过程中不确定度分量的来源进行了分析,发现采用GB21703-2010,全脂乳粉中苯甲酸含量的测量结果为:x=(2.04±0.06)mg/kg,k=2。不确定度的主要来源由测量重复性以及回收率引起,其他分量引起的不确定度相对较小。

In this paper, the uncertainty evaluation method was established for the determination of benzoic acid in dry whole milk by HPLC, and the factors contributing to the uncertainty were also analyzed. The results showed that based on GB 21703-2010, the content of benzoic acid in dry whole milk was X=(2.04±0.06)mg/kg.k=2. The uncertainty of this experiment were mainly caused by measurement repeatability and recovery, while other factors had less effect.
