高校内涵发展是时代发展的必然要求,是在办学规模相对稳定的情况下,以调整结构、提升教育质量、提高办学效益为主导的发展。我国教研型理工类高校要以文化建设为先导、以队伍建设为核心、以本科教学为重点、以学科建设为基础、以制度建设为保障、以条件建设为抓手,抓住机遇,尽快形成核心竞争力。
