隐孢子虫病(cryptosporidiosis)是一种由隐孢子虫感染引起的人兽共患寄生虫病,患者以持续性水样腹泻为主要临床表现,严重感染者甚至导致死亡.该病给人类身体健康带来严重的危害,同时,也给我国畜牧业生产带来巨大的损失.隐孢子虫病不仅免疫功能缺陷者易感,在免疫功能正常者亦是一种常见感染的寄生虫病.肠黏膜是隐孢子虫侵入人体的重要门户,原虫感染人体后引发宿主免疫应答.迄今为止,人们尚不完全清楚隐孢子虫感染与宿主免疫之间的相互关系,该问题已成为国内外学者所关注的热点.该文就目前隐孢子虫感染和宿主肠粘膜细胞免疫研究进展作一综述.

Cryptosporidiosis is a parasitic zoonosis caused by Cryptosporidium.Patients have persistent watery diarrhea as the main clinical manifestation.Somebodies with severe infection may die.The disease may not only do serious harm to human health but also bring huge losses to livestock production in China.Cryptosporidiosis is susceptible to human with both defective and normal immune function.Intestinal mucosa is an important gateway into the human body for Cryptosporidium.A series of complex host immune response is activated after the parasite infection. So far,the relationship between the host immune response and Cryptosporidium infection is not clear,which has become the focus of attention by scholars.In this paper,the interaction of Cryptosporidium infection and host intestinal mucosa immune function was reviewed.
