胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)是1994年被发现的一种IL-7样细胞因子,该因子对树突状细胞(DC)活化和诱导淋巴细胞及其亚群的分化、成熟有着重要的调控作用.近年来TSLP倍受关注,大量研究证实其对Th2和调节性T细胞(Treg)的分化成熟具有重要影响,并参与支气管哮喘、过敏性皮炎、过敏性鼻炎等变态反应性疾病的发生发展,因而研究其机制具有重要意义.

Thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP), identified in 1994, plays an important role in regulating the activation of dendritic cells, the differentiation and maturation of lymphocyte subsets. Up to now, great attention has been paid to TSLP. Evidence shows that TSLP has an pivotal effect on the diffferentiation and maturation of Th2 and regulatory T cells. Moreover, TSLP is related with the pathogenesis of allergic diseases,such as asthma, atopic dermatitis and allergic rhinitis, twrther studies on the mechanism of TSLP are important.
