33 cases of hypospadlas were subjected to correction operation with 4 different procedures.Satisfactory results were achieved in 29 cases(88%) but in 4 cases were noticed complications.Coronal hypospadias could be repaired by tunnelling through the dissected distal urethra to the tip of glans.High penile hypospadias could be repaired by urethroplasty with a ventral pedical skin graft from the shaft,while other forms (referring to the location of meatus) could be repaired by pedical graft from scrotum or by modified Belt procedure.In most correction procedures,all the fibrous bands and sheets restricting the shaft should he completely dissected,so that the reconstructed nrethra would not shrink back and avoid or reduce the occurance of urethral stenosis and other complications.
