OBE (Outcome-based Education) focuses on the students' comprehensive abilities, and concerns about the student's tasks, disciplines and their professions in the future .It is a student-centered, outcome-oriented design based on the goals, the ways and the motivations in the course of the study, which is stressed on the training of the abilities of self-study and the achievements of competence. It emphasizes the importance of self-study and the results and outcomes in English study under the guidance of OBE.
