利用Micro CT对泡沫铝材料重建后形成的体数据,运用体绘制的技术进行内部结构的显示,并对有效图像分割和体绘制加速等相关技术进行了研究.在此基础上,利用体绘制结果,运用八叉树算法,选取一定位置、范围的铝泡材料进行结构特征的分析和提取.结果表明,利用Micro CT和体绘制技术,可以显示来自于多孔材料的表面和内部的细节信息,对于结构特征信息的提取基本上和实测数据相符.

The volume rendering technique is applied for displaying the inner structure of the foam aluminum dataset reconstructed by Micro CT,and some further issues such as the segmentation of region of interests of volume data and acceleration of volume rendering are researched. On the basis of the volume rendering results, analysis and extraction of structural characteristics of materials is performed by using Octree algorithm. The results show that the surface and inner details of the foam aluminum can be shown clearly and extracted characteristics from the virtual volume dataset coincide with the real one.
