用200 μg/mL的平菇蛋白粗提液处理枯斑三生烟后接种烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV),在不同时间测定了烟草植株叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylalanine ammonialyas,PAL)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)的活性.结果表明,平菇蛋白粗提液处理枯斑三生烟后,TMV的侵染率下降了70.16%;接种TMV后,平菇蛋白粗提液处理的烟草叶片中的PAL、SOD、CAT和POD活性要明显高于清水对照植株,接种后12 h PAL活性最高,平菇蛋白粗提液处理为清水对照的1.57倍;接种后24 h SOD和POD活性最高,平菇蛋白粗提液处理分别为清水对照的1.55倍和1.51倍;接种后36 h CAT活性最高,平菇蛋白粗提液处理为清水对照的1.6倍.以上研究结果表明,平菇蛋白粗提液诱导烟草抗TMV的活性与烟草叶片内防御酶活性的提高有关.

The activities of phenylalanine ammonialyas(PAL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)in the tobacco were measured at different stages after the tobacco was treated with 200 μg/mL Pleurotus ostreatus crude protein.The results showed that the inhibition ratio of TMV infection was 70.16% when the tobacco was treated with the P.ostreatus crude protein.After the tobacco was treated with crude protein,the activities of defense enzymes PAL,SOD,CAT and POD in the tobacco were higher than in the tobacco treated with water.After 12 h of the treatment,the activity of PAL reached the highest point,ahout 1.57 times higher than the control;after 24 h,the activities of SOD and POD reached the highest point,1.55 times and 1.51 times higher than the control,respectively,and after 36 h,the activity of CAT reached the highest point,1.60 times higher than the control The results showed that the inhibition activity of TMV infection induced by P.ostreatus crude protein in tobacco was related to the activity of defense enzymes in the tobacco.
