针对智能化水电机组振动在线监测分析系统,利用PULSE分析系统对其进行定期的校准,以保证振动监测系统工作的可靠性.以广州抽水蓄能电站300 MW蓄能机组为例,用PULSE分析系统校准传感器及振动监测系统通道,对装置各通道误差、报警及保护动作值进行修正,保证了测量的准确性,降低了误跳机概率,是国内首次开展蓄能机组在线振动监测保护装置的现场校准工作.

With the periodic calibration of the on-line intelligent vibration monitoring system for hydropower units made based on the PULSE analysis system, the reliability of it can be ensured. Taking the 300 MW pumped-storage units of Guangzhou Pumped-Storage Hydropower Station as the studying case, the sensor and vibration monitoring system channels of the units are calibrated with the PULSE analysis system;from which the errors, alarms and protection values of all the channels of the devices are corrected, and then not only the measurement accuracy is guaranteed, but the probability of the trip error is also reduced. This is the first time for the calibration of the on-line vibration monitoring devices made in situ for the pumped-storage units in China.
