通过对现行橡胶坝设计中传统螺栓压板式锚固系统、充排水系统及坝端布置模式的研究,运用对比分析的方法,经过反复计算提出采用双锚筋及用高强螺栓连接锚固垫板和压板的新型螺栓压板式锚固构件,并与传统锚固型式进行对比分析.提出等流量等压强的充排水系统以及直墙式与斜锚式相结合的坝端布置模式,减轻橡胶坝在充水时的振动摩擦,有利于高坝的升降,并能有效防止直墙式橡胶坝塌肩现象.
通過對現行橡膠壩設計中傳統螺栓壓闆式錨固繫統、充排水繫統及壩耑佈置模式的研究,運用對比分析的方法,經過反複計算提齣採用雙錨觔及用高彊螺栓連接錨固墊闆和壓闆的新型螺栓壓闆式錨固構件,併與傳統錨固型式進行對比分析.提齣等流量等壓彊的充排水繫統以及直牆式與斜錨式相結閤的壩耑佈置模式,減輕橡膠壩在充水時的振動摩抆,有利于高壩的升降,併能有效防止直牆式橡膠壩塌肩現象.

It studied the traditional pressure plate bolt anchoring system ,filling and drainage system,and the model of dam-side layout in the rubber dam.After repeated calculation,proposed the new pressure plate bolts anchoring component using pairs of anchor bars and connect the anchor plate and the platen with high-strength bolts,compared and analysis with the traditional pressure plate bolt anchoring system.It proposed the equal flow rate and pressure sufficient drainage system and dam-side layout mode combined by straight wall and inclined anchor.It can reduce the vibration of friction when water-filled,be helpful to raise and descend the high rubber dam,and prevent the dam-shoulder of straight wall rubber dam from collapse effectively.
