目的 观察螺旋藻多糖对小鼠角膜碱烧伤后血管新生的抑制作用并探讨其机制.方法 将不同浓度的螺旋藻多糖滴眼液用于小鼠角膜碱烧伤模型,观察角膜浑浊度,ELISA法和免疫组织化学法分别检测MCP-1和IL-8及其受体CXCR1和CCR2 B在角膜组织中的表达水平.实验数据用SPSS 13.0统计软件分析.结果 0.5%螺旋藻多糖组角膜浑浊度、MCP-1和IL-8及其受体CXCR1和CCR 2 B表达水平明显比生理盐水对照组低(P<0.05).结论 螺旋藻多糖通过减轻炎症,起抑制角膜血管新生的作用.
目的 觀察螺鏇藻多糖對小鼠角膜堿燒傷後血管新生的抑製作用併探討其機製.方法 將不同濃度的螺鏇藻多糖滴眼液用于小鼠角膜堿燒傷模型,觀察角膜渾濁度,ELISA法和免疫組織化學法分彆檢測MCP-1和IL-8及其受體CXCR1和CCR2 B在角膜組織中的錶達水平.實驗數據用SPSS 13.0統計軟件分析.結果 0.5%螺鏇藻多糖組角膜渾濁度、MCP-1和IL-8及其受體CXCR1和CCR 2 B錶達水平明顯比生理鹽水對照組低(P<0.05).結論 螺鏇藻多糖通過減輕炎癥,起抑製角膜血管新生的作用.
목적 관찰라선조다당대소서각막감소상후혈관신생적억제작용병탐토기궤제.방법 장불동농도적라선조다당적안액용우소서각막감소상모형,관찰각막혼탁도,ELISA법화면역조직화학법분별검측MCP-1화IL-8급기수체CXCR1화CCR2 B재각막조직중적표체수평.실험수거용SPSS 13.0통계연건분석.결과 0.5%라선조다당조각막혼탁도、MCP-1화IL-8급기수체CXCR1화CCR 2 B표체수평명현비생리염수대조조저(P<0.05).결론 라선조다당통과감경염증,기억제각막혈관신생적작용.
Objective To observe the effects of polysaccharides spirulina platensis(PSP) on comeal angiogenesis after alkali burns in mice and investigate the mechanism.Methods With different concentration eyedrops of PSP to mou se with alkali burns on cornea,to observe turbidity of cornea,to detect IL-8and MCP-1 with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),CXCR 1 and CCR 2 B were detected by immunohistochemical method.The experimental data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results In group 0.5%PSP,turbidity of cornea,the expression of IL-8 and MCP-1 and their receptor (CXCR 1 and CCR 2 B) were obviously less than group saline (P<0.05).Conclusion PSP can effectively inhibit the corneal angiogensis by decreasing inflammatory reaction.
