目的观察双黄蛇药散外敷治疗毒蛇咬伤致局部损害的效果.方法选择符合条件的毒蛇咬伤患者1 162例,随机法分为对照组和观察组,两组患者给予毒蛇咬伤常规治疗,观察组给予局部外敷双黄蛇药散.比较两组患者局部组织肿痛消退时间、伤口坏死率和临床疗效.结果观察组在局部组织肿痛消退时间、伤口坏死率和临床疗效均优于对照组,具有显著差异性(P<0.05).结论黄蛇药散治疗毒蛇咬伤导致的局部组织损伤有很好疗效.
목적 관찰쌍황사약산외부치료독사교상치국부손해적효과.방법 선택부합조건적독사교상환자1 162례,수궤법분위대조조화관찰조,량조환자급여독사교상상규치료,관찰조급여국부외부쌍황사약산.비교량조환자국부조직종통소퇴시간、상구배사솔화림상료효.결과 관찰조재국부조직종통소퇴시간、상구배사솔화림상료효균우우대조조,구유현저차이성(P<0.05).결론 황사약산치료독사교상도치적국부조직손상유흔호료효.
Objective To observe the treatment efficacy of Shuanghuangsheyaosan on the local damage caused by snakebite. Methods A total of 1162 cases of snakebite patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, two groups of patients were given conventional treatment of snakebite, the observation group was given the Shuanghuangsheyaosan. The time of local tissue swelling and pain subside time, the rate of wound necrosis and clinical efficacy were compaired. Results The local tissue swelling and pain subside time, the rate of wound necrosis and clinical efficacy of observation group had significantly difference (P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Shuanghuangsheyaosan treating the local tissue damage caused by snakebite has good efficacy.
