目的观察绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗对隐睾患儿生殖细胞Bcl-2、Bax基因表达的影响,探讨隐睾患儿HCG治疗是否损伤睾丸生殖细胞及其机制.方法 60例隐睾惠儿随机分为单纯手术组(30例)和HCG+手术组(30例),单纯手术组惠儿只接受手术治疗,HCG+手术组惠儿于手术前给予HCG治疗.两组患儿术后均采用RT-PCR技术检测睾丸生殖细胞Bax和Bcl-2 mRNA表达水平.结果与单纯手术组相比,HCG+手术组Bax mRNA的表达较强,且两者差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05)；Bcl-2 mRNA的表达较HCG+手术组较单纯手术组下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论隐睾患儿给予HCG干预后,可使Bax/Bcl-2 mRNA表达增加,进而可能会导致睾丸生殖细胞过度凋亡.

Objective To observe the effect of HCG on the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and Bax mRNA in germ cells of children with cryptorchidism and to elucidate the relationship between apoptosis and the therapy of cryptorchidism.Methods Sixty boys with cryptorchidism were randomly divided into surgery group (30 cases) and HCG +surgery group (30 cases).Patients in surgery group only recieved operation,and patients in HCG tsugery group recieved HCG before operation.Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA levels were measured by RT-PCR.Results The levels of germ cells mRNA content of Bax increased,while Bcl-2 decreased in patients with HCG + surgery,comparing with the surgery group (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The shifting balance of Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA may be related to the apoptosis of germ cells after HCG treatment.
