选用吐温-60,司班-20,司班-80和聚醚作为纳米粒子表面改性剂,使用透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察纳米表面形貌和结构.在机械式四球摩擦磨损试验机上研究纳米粒子的抗磨减摩性能.结果显示纳米CeO2粒子作为润滑油添加剂能够提高润滑油的摩擦学性能,其最佳浓度约为0.6%,其抗磨减摩机理可能是纳米粒子在相对运动面上起到"微滚珠"作用.在重载和高温条件下,纳米粒子平铺在摩擦面之间形成滑动摩擦层,以降低摩擦表面的摩擦因数和磨斑直径.

Suitable surfactants such as Tween-60, Span-20, Span-80 and Polyether are selected. The morphologies and constitution of nanoparticles are investigated by means of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The anti-wear and friction properties are evaluated with the maximum non-seizure load and wear scar diameter on a four-ball tester. The results show that CeO2 nanoparticles as additive of lubricating oil can improve the tribological properties of the lubricating oil and the optimal concentration is about O. 6%. The mechanism of CeO2 nanoparticles anti-wear is "miniature ball bearing" effect. Under heavy load and high temperature conditions, the nanoparticles are flatted between two friction surfaces and form a sliding system which makes the friction surface more flat to reduce the friction factor and the wear value.
