9 ligands, which included N,N’-diphenyl-2,6-pyridinedicarboxamide,N,N’- bis (p-methoxy-pheny1)- 2,6- pyridinedicarboxamide, N, N ' -bis (p-methy1-pheny1)- 2,6- pyridinedicarboxamide,N,N'-bis (p- chlorophenyl )- 2, 6- pyridinedicarboxamide, N, N '- bis (p-nitrophenyl )- 2, 6- pyridinedicarboxamide，N,N’-bis (2-pyridinecarboxamide )- 1, 2- beneze, N, N '- bis ( 2- pyridinecarboxamide)- 1,2-ethane, N, N ' - bis ( 2- pyridinecarboxamide )- 1, 4- butane, N, N ' - bis ( 2- pyridinecarboxamide)-1, 6-hexane have been synthesized The structure of these ligands was characterized by UV, MS, IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis. Two synthetic methods have been compared and the synthetic conditions have been investigated.
