目的对石竹科植物多荚草Polycarpon prostratum的化学成分进行研究.方法采用硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,通过波谱分析进行结构鉴定.结果从其乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到了两个新的柴胡皂苷类化合物:prostratosides I和J.通过波谱方法分别鉴定其结构为3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-16α-hydroxy-22α-acetoxy-saikogenin E(Ⅰ)和3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl saikogenm F(Ⅱ).结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ均为新化合物.

Object To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Polycarpon prostratum (Forssk.) Aschers. et Schwein. ex Aschers. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified on silica gel column chromatography, their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Two new monoglycosides, named prostratosides I and J were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract, their structures were determined to be 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-16α-hydroxy-22α-acetoxy-saikogenin E (Ⅰ) and 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl saikogenin F (Ⅱ), respectively. Conclusion Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ are two new triterpenoid saponins.
