目的 从神经生理学角度,探讨中医"肾生髓"的本质 ,为"肾生髓"理论提供科学依据. 方法 2.5月龄 SD雄性大鼠,以单纯随机方法分成正常对照组、去势组和虚劳组.用听觉脑干诱发电位( ABR)、体感诱发电位( SEP)以及氨基酸类和单胺类中枢递质含量为指标,观察虚劳肾虚和去势肾虚模型大鼠的中枢神经系统( CNS)功能状况. 结果肾虚模型大鼠睾酮( T)水平下降时,虚劳组 [(271± 20) mg]胸腺质量明显低于正常对照组 [(565± 81) mg](P< 0.01).与对照组比较,肾虚模型大鼠神经系统功能下降,表现为造模后 ABR峰潜伏期延长( F=6.713,P< 0.001) , 阈值提高( F=9.555, P< 0.001); SEP的峰潜伏期延长( F=4.161, P=0.002),差异有非常显著性意义.中枢递质含量下降. 结论肾虚时血 T水平低下影响 CNS的兴奋性,这一作用可能是"肾"(性腺激素)通过调制某些中枢递质的合成与释放而产生效应的结果.
目的 從神經生理學角度,探討中醫"腎生髓"的本質 ,為"腎生髓"理論提供科學依據. 方法 2.5月齡 SD雄性大鼠,以單純隨機方法分成正常對照組、去勢組和虛勞組.用聽覺腦榦誘髮電位( ABR)、體感誘髮電位( SEP)以及氨基痠類和單胺類中樞遞質含量為指標,觀察虛勞腎虛和去勢腎虛模型大鼠的中樞神經繫統( CNS)功能狀況. 結果腎虛模型大鼠睪酮( T)水平下降時,虛勞組 [(271± 20) mg]胸腺質量明顯低于正常對照組 [(565± 81) mg](P< 0.01).與對照組比較,腎虛模型大鼠神經繫統功能下降,錶現為造模後 ABR峰潛伏期延長( F=6.713,P< 0.001) , 閾值提高( F=9.555, P< 0.001); SEP的峰潛伏期延長( F=4.161, P=0.002),差異有非常顯著性意義.中樞遞質含量下降. 結論腎虛時血 T水平低下影響 CNS的興奮性,這一作用可能是"腎"(性腺激素)通過調製某些中樞遞質的閤成與釋放而產生效應的結果.

AIM:To explore the entity of " kidney producing medulla" from the angle of neurophysiology and to provide scientific basis for this theory. METHODS:2.5-month old male SD rats were randomly divided into control,castration and vacuity taxation groups.The auditory brainstem response (ABR), sensory evoked potential (SEP), as well as amino acid and monoamine transmitters in brain were used as markers for functional states in rats models of castration kidney vacuity and vacuity taxation kidney vacuity. RESULTS:Testosterone(T) level in two " kidney vacuity" model rat 's blood dropped.The thymus mass in vacuity taxation group[(271± 20) mg] was significantly lower than that in control group[(565± 81) mg,P< 0.01].For function conditions of sensory nervous system,there is a prolonged (delayed) peak latency of ABR(F=6.713,P< 0.001),and SEP(F=4.161, P=0.002), a risen threshold of ABR(F=9.555, P< 0.001); The differences were significant.The amino acid and monoamine transmitters levels in brain were lower than control group, except GABA in castration group's. CONCLUSION:Low blood T level in kidney vacuity will affect excitability of CNS,which might be resulted in by the regulation of kidney(gonadal hormone) on synthesis and release of some central transmitters.
