采用简单工艺,即:将块体氧化硼(B2O3)在氮气气氛中球磨后,在1 200℃、流动的氨气中热处理,成功合成了表面有大量丝状吸附物的BN纳米管.纳米管为六方BN晶体且呈竹节形貌,其直径为80~120 nm,长度近1μm.纳米管表面丝状的吸附层也是六方BN晶体,细丝的长度为100 nm左右,直径不到10 nm.
採用簡單工藝,即:將塊體氧化硼(B2O3)在氮氣氣氛中毬磨後,在1 200℃、流動的氨氣中熱處理,成功閤成瞭錶麵有大量絲狀吸附物的BN納米管.納米管為六方BN晶體且呈竹節形貌,其直徑為80~120 nm,長度近1μm.納米管錶麵絲狀的吸附層也是六方BN晶體,細絲的長度為100 nm左右,直徑不到10 nm.
채용간단공예,즉:장괴체양화붕(B2O3)재담기기분중구마후,재1 200℃、류동적안기중열처리,성공합성료표면유대량사상흡부물적BN납미관.납미관위륙방BN정체차정죽절형모,기직경위80~120 nm,장도근1μm.납미관표면사상적흡부층야시륙방BN정체,세사적장도위100 nm좌우,직경불도10 nm.
Boron nitride nanotubes with tiny hair-like coatings were prepared by a simple process. The method involved milling boron oxide in nitrogen gas and heating the samples at 1 200 ℃ in the presence of flowing ammonia gas. The BN nanotube is a hexagonal crystal structure with a bamboo-like morphology. The diameters of as-synthesized nanotubes range from 80 nm to 120 nm and the lengths are up to 1 μm.The tiny hair-like coatings on the nanotubes are also hexagonal BN with typical lengths of about 100 nm and diameters less than 10 nm.
