通过对Cd~(2+)胁迫下星星草抑制性消减杂交(suppression subtractive hybridization,SSH)cDNA文库的分析,从正向和反向消减文库中筛选出33个特异表达的阳性克隆,26个镉胁迫诱导表达,7个为镉胁迫抑制表达.序列分析表明,有29个与数据库中有同源性,其中功能已知的25个,未知功能有4个, 剩余4个为无同源序列的新基因.已知功能序列中,19个为胁迫后诱导表达,6个为胁迫后抑制表达,其中谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSR)基因、γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸合成酶(γ-ECS)基因、细胞膜CP5蛋白基因和ABC家族蛋白基因等与星星草抗镉离子胁迫密切相关.

Thirty-three differentially expressed gene segments from the forward and reverse subtracted cDNA libraries were obtained by analyzing the suppression subtractive hybridization cDNA library of Puccinellia tenuiflora under Cd~(2+) stress. Results showed that 26 segments were induced and 7 were inhibited by Cd~(2+). A homologous analysis reveals that 29 gene segments have homology to the sequences registered in GenBank, among which 25 have homology to the known transcripts, and 4 to unclassified proteins. The other 4 have no homology and might be new sequences. For the known function sequences, 19 segments were induced and 6 was inhibited by Cd~(2+), among which GSR gene, γ-ECS gene, membrane related protein CP5 gene, and ABC1 family protein gene are relevant to the resistance of P. tenuifdora to Cd~(2+).
