建立了利用气相色谱毛细管柱程序升温、火焰光度检测器(FPD-S)分析测定毒鼠强的新方法.通过对气化室温度、检测器温度、柱温、吹扫气流量等色谱条件的优化,提高了方法的检测限,毒鼠强的检测限为0.1μg/mL,加标回收率为98.3%.用外标法定量时,指数方程的线性关系良好.该方法用于实际鼠药样品的测定,快速、准确,灵敏度高.

A new method was developed for the determination of tetramine by gas chromatography with temperature-programmed and flame photometric detecior(S optical filter).Theeffects of injector temperature,detector temperature,column temperature and purge flow were discussed and the conditions were optimized.The detection limit was 0.1 μg/mL and spiking recovery was 98.3%.The correlation coefficient for tetramine was perfect in exponential function.The results show that the method is reliable,fast and sensitive on the real samples.
