近几年苏州群众体育发展势头良好，但仍有许多问题亟待解决。笔者认为，接下来几年应从以下几个方面入手：进一步加大宣传力度，推进体育生活化进程，让群众在思想上对全民健身活动有一个深刻认识；培养一支有组织能力和技术水平、面向社会、服务大众的社会体育指导队伍，建立一个有偿健身技术服务实体；加强体育组织建设，尤其是大力发展公益性民间体育组织；建立城乡融合、互为补充的体育活动机制；加强对现有体育场地设施的管理，提高使用效率，各种体育场地设施均应向社会开放。

In recent years, Suzhou masssports development momentum is good, but there are still many problems to be solved. The author believes that, the next few years we should do from the following several aspects ： To further enhance propaganda, advancing PE adaptation process, let the masses in thought of fitness activities have a profound understanding; to cultivate a organizing ability and the level of technology, the society, and serving the masses of social sports guidance team, establish a paid fitness technology service entity; strengthening sports organization construction, especially vigorously develop commonweal of folk sports organizations; establish urban and rural amalgamation, complement of sports activities mechanism, to strengthen existing sports playgrounds and facilities management, improve efficiency, all kinds of sports playgrounds and facilities shall open to the society.
