We study optical signals' Wigner-Vilh distribution in the context of quantum optics. We point out that the study can be mathematically concise and physical appealing by using the explicit normally ordered form of the Wigner operator and the entangled Wigner operator, as well as the squeezing operator in the entangled state represen-tation.
