[目的]研究锰尾矿中锰元素对萝卜生长发育和根部、茎叶和种子中锰素营养的影响,为综合利用锰尾矿资源提供参考.[方法]通过盆栽试验,对萝卜株高、叶片数、展幅和叶绿素含量等指标进行了测定.[结果]锰使萝卜的株高、叶片数和展幅等植物学性状分别比对照增长了9.56%~17.0%、11.7% ~21.9%和16.6%~29.7%;但对萝卜冬性无显著的影响;萝卜中叶绿素含量在破白期、根部膨大期和抽薹期比对照组分别提高了6.2%~25.1%、7.2%~27.2%和9.3%~29.5%;萝卜籽粒、茎叶和肉质根部锰含量大小顺序为籽粒﹥茎叶﹥肉质根部.[结论]锰尾矿中的锰可以加快萝卜的生长发育和提高其锰素营养.

[Objective]To study the effects of manganese in manganese tailings on the radish growth and development, as well as the manganese nutrition in roots, stems and leaves and seeds, and to provide reference for comprehensive utilization of Manganese tailings resources. [Method] The indicators of plant height, leaf number, stentering width and chlorophyll contents in the radish were determined in a pot experiment. [Result] The results showed that the ingredients of manganese tailings were beneficial to the increase of plant height, leaf number and stentering width in the radish. The plant height, leaf number and stentering width were respectively raised by 9.56%-17.0%, 11.7%-21.9% and 16.6%-29.7%, but the winterness of radish did not change. The chlorophyll contents were raised by 6.2%-25.1%, 7.2%-27.2% and 9.3%-29.5%, respectively, corresponding to the coring-rootstock change period, root expanding period and bolting stage. The contents order of manganese in radish is seed﹥leaf﹥root. [Conclusion] Manganese in the manganese tailings can accelerate the growth of radish and improve its manganese nutrition.
