针对货运企业能否向物流企业转制问题,根据系统工程的思路和基本方法,以货运企业核心竞争力的技术领先能力、机制创新能力、品牌服务能力为基本因素,建立了货运企业核心竞争力的多层次评价体系,并利用灰色系统理论建立了灰色评价模型,最后将该模型应用到一个货运企业上,对其核心竞争力进行评估,结果表明灰色评价模型适用于货运企业核心竞争力的综合评价,有较好的实用性;并可根据该模型有效的决定该企业是否适合转型为物流企业。
針對貨運企業能否嚮物流企業轉製問題,根據繫統工程的思路和基本方法,以貨運企業覈心競爭力的技術領先能力、機製創新能力、品牌服務能力為基本因素,建立瞭貨運企業覈心競爭力的多層次評價體繫,併利用灰色繫統理論建立瞭灰色評價模型,最後將該模型應用到一箇貨運企業上,對其覈心競爭力進行評估,結果錶明灰色評價模型適用于貨運企業覈心競爭力的綜閤評價,有較好的實用性;併可根據該模型有效的決定該企業是否適閤轉型為物流企業。

Since the freight enterprise turn system to logistics enterprise or not,based on the main principle thought of systematic engineering,using the ability of technique leading,the ability of mechanism innovation,the ability of brand service as primary factors,a multi-hierarchy evaluation system is built and then by combining analytic hierarchy process and grey system theory,a model of multi-hierarchy gray evaluation of the core competition of freight enterprise is established. Finally,the model is applied to a freight enterprise to evaluate the core competition. The result shows that by using the model,a intergraded and objective evaluation can be obtained and the model has a better practicability. According to the model can effectively decide whether a freight enterprise turn system to logistics enterprise.
