目的 探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒携带在妊娠期对孕妇细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 26例乙肝病毒携带孕妇为研究组,21例正常孕妇为对照组,采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的水平.结果 两组的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+的水平无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 乙肝病毒携带对孕妇细胞免疫功能无明显影响.

목적 탐토만성을형간염병독휴대재임신기대잉부세포면역공능적영향.방법 26례을간병독휴대잉부위연구조,21례정상잉부위대조조,채용류식세포술검측량조외주혈중CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+적수평.결과 량조적CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+적수평무명현차이(P＞0.05).결론 을간병독휴대대잉부세포면역공능무명현영향.
Objective To investigate the effect of chronic hepatitis B virus carrier on cellular immune function in pregnant women.Methods Twenty-six cases of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus carrier were selected as a research group while twenty-one cases of normal pregnant women were selected as a control group.Then,the flow cytometry was used to detect the level of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the peripheral blood of the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in CD3+,、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+ level(P＞0.05).Conclusions The chronic hepatitis B virus carrier has no significant effect on cellular immune of pregnant women.
