在水中制备了β-环糊精/聚乳酸接枝共聚物(β-CD -g-PLA)胶束,以芘为探针,采用稳态荧光法研究了胶束的形成及临界胶束浓度(CMC)),利用动态光散射(DLS)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了胶束的粒径分布和形态.结果表明,在一定条件下接枝共聚物在水中能够形成球形的稳定胶束,CMC值和胶束粒径随着共聚物中疏水性聚乳酸(PLA)链段含量的增加而减小.

β-Cyclodextrin/poly(lactide)(β-CD -g-PLA) graft copolymer micelles were prepared in water.The fluorescence technique was used to determine the critical micelle concentrations (CMC) of copolymer micelles.The diameter and distribution of micelles were characterized by dynamic light scattering(DLS) and its shape was observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results showed that the round nano-micells were formed steadily by these copolymers in water.The CMC of copolymer solution and the size of micell were reduced with the increasing of the proportion of hydrophobic parts.
