综述了连铸坯化学成分(C,Mn,S,P,Ca,Cu,Al,Nb,V,Ti)、保护渣、中间包、结晶器以及二冷工艺等对连铸过程中连铸坯表面裂纹产生的影响.分析了轧制过程中轧件表面裂纹的演变行为,在一定情况下连铸坯表面裂纹可以通过轧制工艺消除.论文对全面认识连铸过程连铸坯表面裂纹影响因素、企业减少裂纹缺陷具有指导意义.

Effects of the chemical components of slab (C, Mn, S, P, Ca, Cu, A1, Nb, V, Ti), the equipment and technologies of mold flux, tundish, mold and secondary cooling, etc. , on the occurrence of surface cracks in slab were reviewed. The evolution behavior of cracks during rolling was analyzed, which might be erased under some conditions through rolling processes. It is significant for understanding the influence factors on the surface cracks, and guiding the production for reducing the defects in products.
