目的:探讨氨溴索联合阿奇霉素对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者氧化应激的影响。方法选取稳定期 COPD 患者90例,随机分为氨溴索组、阿奇霉素组、联用组各30例,均按需予长效茶碱片和/或沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,氨溴索组加服氨溴索片,阿奇霉素组加服阿奇霉素片,联用组两药联用,疗程6个月。比较3组患者治疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及24h 痰量、肺功能的变化。结果联用组治疗后外周血SOD 增加,MDA 降低,24h 痰量减少,肺功能得到改善,且较氨溴索组和阿奇霉素组变化更明显( P ﹤0.05)。结论氨溴索联合阿奇霉素能使 COPD 稳定期患者痰液减少,肺功能改善,可能与提高机体的抗氧化能力有关。

목적:탐토안추색연합아기매소대은정기만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자양화응격적영향。방법선취은정기 COPD 환자90례,수궤분위안추색조、아기매소조、련용조각30례,균안수여장효다감편화/혹사정알순무화흡입치료,안추색조가복안추색편,아기매소조가복아기매소편,련용조량약련용,료정6개월。비교3조환자치료전후혈청초양화물기화매( SOD)、병이철(MDA)함량급24h 담량、폐공능적변화。결과련용조치료후외주혈SOD 증가,MDA 강저,24h 담량감소,폐공능득도개선,차교안추색조화아기매소조변화경명현( P ﹤0.05)。결론안추색연합아기매소능사 COPD 은정기환자담액감소,폐공능개선,가능여제고궤체적항양화능력유관。
Objective To explore the impact of ambroxol combined with azithromycin on oxidative stress for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients. Methods 90 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into the ambroxol group,the azithromycin group,and the combination group,each of 30 cases. Long-acting theophylline tablets and/or salbutamol inhalation therapy were all given as needed. Besides,every group above were respectively treated with ambroxol tablets,azithromycin tablets and ambroxol tablets and azithromycin tablets for 6 months. Plasma SOD,MDA content,24h spu-tum volume and changes in lung function of three groups were compared. Results After 6 months of treatment,The blood SOD and the lung function in the combined group improved significantly,MDA and the 24h sputum volume decreased significantly, while compared with the ambroxol group and the azithromycin group,the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The ambroxol combined with azithromycin can decrease the sputum volume and improve the lung function in sta-ble COPD patients,probably by improving the capacity of body′s antioxidant.
