目的 通过观察外用白脉软膏对家兔桡骨骨折愈合过程的影响,研究白脉软膏改善骨伤愈合的作用及其可能的作用机制.方法 机械法建立家兔桡骨骨折动物模型,观察记录实验动物伤腿开始着地及加力着地时间;免疫组化法观察动物骨痂处骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP2)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平.结果 外用白脉软膏对骨折模型动物患肢开始着地时间没有影响,但可明显缩短患肢加力着地时间;白脉软膏中及高剂量均可明显升高模型动物骨痂处BMP2及bFGF水平.结论 外用白脉软膏对骨折模型动物骨伤愈合过程具有明显的促进作用,其促进骨折愈合作用与调节骨痂处BMP2及bFGF水平有关.

목적 통과관찰외용백맥연고대가토뇨골골절유합과정적영향,연구백맥연고개선골상유합적작용급기가능적작용궤제.방법 궤계법건립가토뇨골골절동물모형,관찰기록실험동물상퇴개시착지급가력착지시간;면역조화법관찰동물골가처골형태발생단백2(BMP2)급감성성섬유세포생장인자(bFGF)수평.결과 외용백맥연고대골절모형동물환지개시착지시간몰유영향,단가명현축단환지가력착지시간;백맥연고중급고제량균가명현승고모형동물골가처BMP2급bFGF수평.결론 외용백맥연고대골절모형동물골상유합과정구유명현적촉진작용,기촉진골절유합작용여조절골가처BMP2급bFGF수평유관.
Objective To investigate the influence of Baimai recipe on the healing progress of fracture.Methods The bone fracture model was established in the right radius of rabbits.The time for step begin and power step begin were recorded,BMP2,bFGF expressions in callus were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results Without changing the time of step beginning,Baimai recipe treatment could significantly shorten the time of power step beginning.Baimai recipe increased BMP2 and bFGF expression in callus of fracture animal model.Conclusions The study shows that Baimai recipe could facilitate bone healing progress,Baimai recipe may exert its bone healing effects through modulating BMP2 and bFGF expression in callus.
