目的 探讨冠状动脉支架置入患者血清总PSA(tPSA)、游离PSA(fPSA)和游离PSA/总PSA比值(f/tPSA)水平变化,以评价其在前列腺癌合并冠状动脉支架置入患者诊断中的价值.方法 对50例可疑冠心病男性患者行冠状动脉造影术,20例冠状动脉造影正常(组1),30例患者行冠状动脉支架置入术(组2).测定两组冠状动脉造影和支架置入前,后24 h和30 d时的tPSA、fPSA和f/tPSA值.结果 冠状动脉造影正常组患者(组1)tPSA、fPSA和f/tPSA值在冠状动脉造影术前后无显著性差异(P>0.05).冠状动脉支架置入术患者(组2)术后24小时tPSA、fPSA有显著性差异(P<0.01),而f/tPSA无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后30天tPSA、fPSA和f/tPSA值均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 冠状动脉置入术可引起tPSA、fPSA值明显升高,到术后30天时恢复正常范围.tPSA、fPSA值不能用于冠状动脉置入术后30天内前列腺癌的早期诊断.

목적 탐토관상동맥지가치입환자혈청총PSA(tPSA)、유리PSA(fPSA)화유리PSA/총PSA비치(f/tPSA)수평변화,이평개기재전렬선암합병관상동맥지가치입환자진단중적개치.방법 대50례가의관심병남성환자행관상동맥조영술,20례관상동맥조영정상(조1),30례환자행관상동맥지가치입술(조2).측정량조관상동맥조영화지가치입전,후24 h화30 d시적tPSA、fPSA화f/tPSA치.결과 관상동맥조영정상조환자(조1)tPSA、fPSA화f/tPSA치재관상동맥조영술전후무현저성차이(P>0.05).관상동맥지가치입술환자(조2)술후24소시tPSA、fPSA유현저성차이(P<0.01),이f/tPSA무현저성차이(P>0.05),술후30천tPSA、fPSA화f/tPSA치균무현저성차이(P>0.05).결론 관상동맥치입술가인기tPSA、fPSA치명현승고,도술후30천시회복정상범위.tPSA、fPSA치불능용우관상동맥치입술후30천내전렬선암적조기진단.
Objective To investigate the changes of serum total PSA (tPSA), free PSA (fPSA) and f/tPSA levels in patients with coronary stent implantation, and to evaluate their effects on those patients with prostate cancer. Methods 50 males underwent coronary angiography for suspected coronary artery isease.20 have normal coronary angiogram (group 1), and 30 needed coronary stent implantation (group 2). tPSA, fPSA, and f/tPSA were detected before and 24 hours and 30 days after the implantation. Results In group 1, there was no statistically significant change in the values of tPSA, fPSA and f/tPSA ratio before and after coronary angiography (P>0.05). In group 2, tPSA and fPSA values were significantly higher 24 hours after stent implan-tation than the values at the baseline (P<0.01), whereas f/tPSA ratio did not change (P>0.05). As compared with the baseline, there was no statistically significant difference in PSA values 30 days after the implantation (P>0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of tPSA and fPSA can not be used for the early diagnosis of prostate cancer with the first 30 days after coronary stent implantation.
