目的 观察胰腺炎相关性腹水(PAAF)对大鼠肠的损伤作用及奥曲肽对该损伤的疗效.方法 将48只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)和奥曲肽治疗组(C组),B组、C组腹腔内注射PAAF,C组用奥曲肽治疗,测定血清内毒素(LPS)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α;测定小肠组织的ATP酶和TNF-α;观察肠黏膜的病理变化.结果 B组与A组比较,除ATP酶活性显著下降(P<0.05)外,上述指标均显著增高(P<0.05;)C组与B组比较,除ATP酶活性较模型对照组显著增高(P<0.05)外,上述指标均较之明显下降(P<0.05).结论 奥曲肽能够减轻PAAF诱导的大鼠肠损伤.

목적 관찰이선염상관성복수(PAAF)대대서장적손상작용급오곡태대해손상적료효.방법 장48지SD대서수궤분위공백대조조(A조)、모형대조조(B조)화오곡태치료조(C조),B조、C조복강내주사PAAF,C조용오곡태치료,측정혈청내독소(LPS)화종류배사인자(TNF)-α;측정소장조직적ATP매화TNF-α;관찰장점막적병리변화.결과 B조여A조비교,제ATP매활성현저하강(P<0.05)외,상술지표균현저증고(P<0.05;)C조여B조비교,제ATP매활성교모형대조조현저증고(P<0.05)외,상술지표균교지명현하강(P<0.05).결론 오곡태능구감경PAAF유도적대서장손상.
Objective To investigate the curative effect of octyeotide in the treatment of the intes tine harm induced by pancreatitis associated ascetic fluid (PAAF) in rats. Methods Forty-eight healthy Sprague-Dawwley (SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups:blank group (A) ,model group (B) and octreotide treatment group (C). PAAF was intraperitoneally injected in groups B and C,and octreotide was given in group C. The levels of serum lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-α) were determined, and those of ATP enzyme and TNF-α were measured in intestinal tissues. The pathological changes of intestinal mucosa were observed. Results Except that the activity of ATP was decreased (P < 0.05) ,the indexes above were all increased (P<0.05) in group A as compared with group B (P<0.05). Except that the activity of ATP enzyme was greatly increased (P <0.05) ,all the other indexes were obviously de creased in group C as compared with group B (P <0.05). Conclusion Octreotide can alleviate the the intes tine harm induced by PAAF.
