目的 探讨门诊实施流程改造后患者就诊时间及患者满意度的变化,以期提高医院护理质量.方法 采用问卷调查法,在实施门诊流程改造前后,分别对246例及283例来院产检的孕妇进行问卷调查.比较实施前后孕妇就诊时间及满意度.结果 门诊流程改造后,孕妇就诊时间为( 156.53±9.23) min,低于改造前的(180.82±8.86) min,患者满意度由改造前的67.07%上升至改造后的79.86%,差异均有统计学意义(t =16.87,x2=68.48;P <0.05).结论 门诊服务流程的改造可以缩短孕妇就诊时间,提高满意度,体现了以患者为中心的原则,为患者提供了高效优质的服务.

Objective To study the clinic time and patient satisfaction degree after implemented outpatient process reforming so as to improve the quality of nursing.Methods The questionnaire investigation was used,and 246 pregnant women before outpatient process reforming implemented and 283 pregnant women after it implemented were recruited and investigated.The clinic time and satisfaction degree of pregnant women were compared before and after it implemented.Results After the outpatient process reformed,the clinic time and satisfaction degree of pregnant women were ( 156.53 ± 9.23 ) min and 79.86%,and that of before it implemented were( 180.82 ± 8.86 ) min and 67.07%,and the differences were statistically significant ( t =16.87,x2 =68.48;P < 0.05).Conclusions Outpatient process reformed can reduce the clinic time of pregnant women and improve their satisfaction degree,and provide high-quality nursing service and indicate the principle of patient-centered.
