目的探讨心理治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者的干预效果及其对生活质量的影响.方法将86例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为心理治疗组和对照组,评定并比较两组SDS,SF-36生活质量得分及其临床疗效.结果心理治疗组SDS评分显著低于对照组,其临床疗效评定显著高于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量除生理机能外,其它指标心理治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.0).结论心理治疗能显著降低脑卒中后抑郁患者的严重程度,并可提高临床疗效、躯体功能及生活质量.

Objective To study the effect of psychotherapy on the patients with post - stroke depression. Methods 86 patients with post - stroke depression were randomly divided into psychotherapy and non psychotherapy groups. The scores of SDS, SF - 36 and clinical outcome were evaluated between the two groups. Results The score of SDS of psychotherapy group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the evaluation of clinical outcome was significantly better than that of control group ( P < 0. 05) . While the scores of SF - 36 of psychotherapy group were significantly better than those of control group except physiological function ( P < 0.01) . Conclusions Psychotherapy could obviously decrease the degree of depression and improve clinical outcome, physical function and quality of life in patients with post - stroke depression.
