目的了解糖尿病患者视网膜病变的发生状况,为指导糖尿病性视网膜病变护理提供科学依据.方法配合医生对已确诊的380例糖尿病患者进行眼部视力、裂隙灯、眼底检查,对筛查出的患者进行眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)进一步确诊,收集相关实验室检查及个人资料.结果 380例糖尿病患者中有126例患糖尿病性视网膜病变,发生率为33.16%.结论糖尿病性视网膜病变与糖尿病病程、空腹血糖水平、高血压、高血脂显著相关.应早筛查、早发现、早治疗和护理干预,延缓病情发展,是糖尿病患者防盲的关键.
목적 료해당뇨병환자시망막병변적발생상황,위지도당뇨병성시망막병변호리제공과학의거.방법 배합의생대이학진적380례당뇨병환자진행안부시력、렬극등、안저검사,대사사출적환자진행안저형광혈관조영(FFA)진일보학진,수집상관실험실검사급개인자료.결과 380례당뇨병환자중유126례환당뇨병성시망막병변,발생솔위33.16%.결론 당뇨병성시망막병변여당뇨병병정、공복혈당수평、고혈압、고혈지현저상관.응조사사、조발현、조치료화호리간예,연완병정발전,시당뇨병환자방맹적관건.
Objective To research the prevalence and related risk factors in patients with diabetic retinopathy,and to find scientific methods of nursing guidance for the patients.Methods A total of 380 diabetic mellitus patients were studied.The study included collection of relevant laboratory tests and personal data,as well as a serial examination including visual acuity,sllt lamp microscope,indirect ophthaimoscope and fundus fluoreseein angiography(FFA).Results There were 126 cases of diabetic retinopathy in 380 diabetic mellitus patients.The incidence rate WaS 33.16%.Conculsions Duration,the level of blood glucose,hypertension and hyperlipidemia are the major risk factors of development of DR.Earlyscreening,early detection,early treatment and nursing interventions are the key factors to prevent the diabetic mellitus patients suffering from blindness.
