目的探讨重症手足口病(Hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)的救治方法.方法对我科2009年8月至10月收治的7例重症HFMD患儿采取口腔护理、抗病毒、注射丙种球蛋白等对症治疗,并进行随访,观察其疗效.结果全部病例均治愈出院,住院时间7～14天,随访至今,所有患儿一切均正常,无任何后遗症.结论对重症HFMD患儿应加强护理、密切观察,及时脱水降颅内压,及早予大剂量静脉用丙种球蛋白及甲基强的松龙冲击治疗,予甲氰咪胍保护胃粘膜,联合多种抗病毒药物治疗.

Objective To investigate the technique of rescue and treatment in children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Method The methods of rescue and treatment were introduced and analyzed in 7 children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease in our department during August to October in 2009. Besult All cases were cured. The time of admission was 7 to 14 days. To follow up to now, all patients were health. Conclusion The children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease should be intensive cared, intimately observed. The patient's intracranial pressure should be degraded by dehydration in time. The patients should be administrated by impact therapy with high dose intravenous gammaglobulin and methylprednisolone as soon as possible. The patient's gastric mucosa was protected by injecting cimetidine. The patients were treated by multi-antiviral drags oombination.
