21人志愿感染间日疟原虫后,工5例出现短潜伏期间日疟,潜伏期为11～18天,除工例根治,2例未复发,有复发者共12例,占85.71%.复发1、2、3、4、5次者分别为12、1o、4、1、1例.潜隐期平均为294、69、74、u2、85天.4例出现长潜伏期间日疟,潜伏期为333、252、294、306天.有2人复发,占50%,潜隐期为59、66天.另2例未复发.初发与第一次复发有一定的关系,大约相距10个月.首次发病原虫密度很低,平均为4.3个/μ1,随复发次数原虫密度大量增加到80～1OO倍.用IFAT检测的血清抗体由初发时1:40～1:80增加到复发时的工:640～1:2560.河南省卫生防疫站

Fifteen of 21 volunteers artifioially infested with plasmoditum vivax appeared short ineubation period of 11~18 days.Besides one ease cured and 2 without.relapse,the remained 12 relapsed(85.71%).The numbers of relapse were 1,2,3,4 and 5 times in 2,6,3,0 and 1 cases respectively.The average intervals between successive relapses were 294,61,74,112 and 85 days respectively.Four cases had long incubation period of 372,252,294 and 306 days.Two of the 4 relapsed.The intervals between the primary attack and the;1st relapse were 59 and 66 days respectively.No onset of malaria was observed in 2 volunteers.
