The content of iron in Ajiao - Buxie - Capsule was determined by air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimum determination conditions were optimized and the test for the interferential elements that proba- bly existed was conducted. The respective recovery rate was 97.2% -103.0%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.3% ~3.2%. The proposed method was easy, rapid and sensitive.
