质量风险管理的推广是基于对质量风险管理的正确理解,并将其理念应用于实际过程控制中,判定风险是否处于可接受的低风险水平,否则应及时进行风险预警处理并制定相应的风险控制措施将质量隐患扼杀于萌芽状态,通过质量风险管理工具对可能影响质量的因素进行系统分析,避免质量损失及浪费。

The promotion of quality risk management was based on a correct understanding of the quality of risk man- agement, and applied the concepts of quality of risk management in practical process control, to determine whether the risk in acceptable, otherwise, handled of early warning promptly and established the corresponding risk control measures to eliminate the potential quality problems. By the quality of risk management tools, the factors may affect the quality of systematically were analyzed to avoid loss and waste of the quality.
