高职院校在推行工学结合、顶岗实习的过程中，往往面临三个难以逾越的“沟壑”。为了提高顶岗实习的效率，切实培养高素质技能型人才，常州机电职业技术学院设置校企舍作工作站，专门从事学生顶岗实习的教育与管理。经过两年多的实践，取得了较好的效果，为同类高职院校顶岗实习的教学与管理实践提供了新的思路。作者简介：曹根基，男，院长、研究员，主要研究方向为教育管理；裴智民，男，湖北黄冈人，校企合作昆山工作站站长，主要研究方向为学生党建、思想政治教育。

There are three insurmountable ＂gully＂ during higher vocational colleges are implementing post-replacing internship and the learning integrated with work. In order to improve the efficiency of field work and guarantee high-quality skilled talents cultivation, Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology build the study integrated with work workstations, which is especially managing and schooling the post-replacing internship work. After more than two years, good results have been achieved. And it provides the links of teaching practice for the same field work in higher vocational colleges
