为避免回流式无级变速器在无级与回流工况转换过程中动力中断,以减小对整车冲击度的影响,提出了回流式无级变速器动力连续转换的控制策略。针对转换过程中变速器效率和金属带功率流方向变化对输出转矩的影响,建立了转换过程中离合器接合、分离的动力学模型,确定了离合器扭矩变化率的限定范围。利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台,对回流-无级和无级-回流转换过程进行了仿真研究,结果表明:采用回流式无级变速器动力连续转换的控制策略,冲击度控制在5m/s^3以内。
為避免迴流式無級變速器在無級與迴流工況轉換過程中動力中斷,以減小對整車遲擊度的影響,提齣瞭迴流式無級變速器動力連續轉換的控製策略。針對轉換過程中變速器效率和金屬帶功率流方嚮變化對輸齣轉矩的影響,建立瞭轉換過程中離閤器接閤、分離的動力學模型,確定瞭離閤器扭矩變化率的限定範圍。利用MATLAB/Simulink倣真平檯,對迴流-無級和無級-迴流轉換過程進行瞭倣真研究,結果錶明:採用迴流式無級變速器動力連續轉換的控製策略,遲擊度控製在5m/s^3以內。

In order to avoid power loss of continuously variable transmission system with reflux power and reduce vehicle jerk,a continuous power shift control strategy of continuously variable transmission system with reflux power was put forward.Aimed at shifting process,transmission efficiency and the opposite direction of continuously variable unit had impact on transmission output torque,a dynamics model of clutch engagement and disengagement course was established, and the range of clutch torque change ratio was calculated. Taking MATLAB/Simulink as the platform,simulation study of shifting process was carried out, the results indicate that jerk is less than 5m/s^3 by adopting continuous power shift control strategy of continuously variable transmission system with reflux power.
