复合绝缘子因其优异的耐污性能和良好的技术经济性而在特高压直流输电线路中有良好的应用前景。对特高压直流线路耐张串上使用复合绝缘子的机械性能进行研究,通过建立输电导线有限元模型和耐张串多串绝缘子并联模型,仿真计算得到不同并联串型布置下,耐张串在各种动态运行工况下承受的最大动态机械载荷;对比仿真计算结果,考虑复合绝缘子长期运行的机械可靠性,给出特高压直流线路上应用复合绝缘子耐张串的推荐选型方案;综合仿真理论分析和已有的复合绝缘子试验结果可知,特高压直流线路耐张串上应用复合绝缘子是可行的。

Composite insulator has good application prospects in ultra high voltage (UHV) DC transmission lines due to its excellent anti-pollution characteristic and high tech-economic efficiency. The mechanical properties of composite insulators applied in UHV DC tension strings were studied. Based on numeric simulations and establishments of the conductor finite element model and the multi-strings parallel model for tension strings, the maximum dynamic loads of all types of tension strings under various dynamic operation conditions were obtained. Comparing the simulation results and considering the long-term mechanical reliability, the permission load and the parallel type selection of tension strings for UHV DC composite insulators were recommended. Comprehensive analysis on the simulation and the test results show that it is feasible to apply composite insulators in UHV DC tension strings.
