以过程分析法为基础,对华德精工制造股份有限公司的主要生产要素及各个工艺过程进行了碳排放量计量。结果表明:在生产要素中,机器设备运作过程中电力耗能折算的CO2排放量最大,整修环节是各个工艺环节中碳排放比例最大的,为94.242%。本次计量量化了各环节温室气体的排放,对企业降低碳排放提供了一定的依据,并为同类行业进行碳计量提供了一定的参考。
以過程分析法為基礎,對華德精工製造股份有限公司的主要生產要素及各箇工藝過程進行瞭碳排放量計量。結果錶明:在生產要素中,機器設備運作過程中電力耗能摺算的CO2排放量最大,整脩環節是各箇工藝環節中碳排放比例最大的,為94.242%。本次計量量化瞭各環節溫室氣體的排放,對企業降低碳排放提供瞭一定的依據,併為同類行業進行碳計量提供瞭一定的參攷。

Based on the process analysis, the calculation of the carbon emissions of the main production factors and the different technical processes in Huade Seiko Manufacturing Company has been conducted in this article. It shows that among the production factors, the largest amount of CO2 comes from the power consumption during the operation; and the refitting process accounts for 94. 242% of the total carbon emission of all the processes. This study has quantified the green house gas emission of each process. It has laid a basis not only for emission reduction of the company, but also for carbon emission measurement of the similar industries.
