电容式传感器应用于纺纱在制纤维须条均匀度检测技术,采用检测信号与自身标准样品信号对比控制,建立在制品条干检测工作电容相对标准参照电容的变化率与在制品条干变化率的函数关系式,研究在制品条干波动±20%,通过选定合适参数,函数关系式线性化技术处理相对误差最大值只有0.246%。结果表明:电容式传感器对纺纱在制纤维须条均匀度进行检测,检测信号与自身标准样品信号对比控制,能够消除激励与响应之间由于呈非线性函数关系进行线性化处理引起的检测与控制误差过大的弊端。该检测技术与机械式检测技术、与目前采用电容式传感器检测控制技术相比,具有检测方法简单、反应灵敏、准确性高、方便、快捷、适用性强、便于采用计算机实现生产过程的在线控制等优点。

It has extensive application value.
