分析了朔黄线原有的器件式分相绝缘器结构中,存在的硬点现象严重、接触线磨耗增加、容易形成电弧烧损接触线和受电弓、牵引变电所不能实现越区供电等缺陷,提出了解决该类缺陷的可行性方案,利用七跨绝缘锚段关节式分相克服了原结构的不足,从而实现了越区供电的灵活性。
分析瞭朔黃線原有的器件式分相絕緣器結構中,存在的硬點現象嚴重、接觸線磨耗增加、容易形成電弧燒損接觸線和受電弓、牽引變電所不能實現越區供電等缺陷,提齣瞭解決該類缺陷的可行性方案,利用七跨絕緣錨段關節式分相剋服瞭原結構的不足,從而實現瞭越區供電的靈活性。

This paper analyzes the disadvantages like serious phenomenon of hard spot, increase of abrasion of contact line, easily burning of contact line and pantograph caused by electric arc and the irrealizable over-zone feeding occurred in traction substation, etc. of the original device type neutral section insulator structure on Shuohuang line, and puts forward feasibility scheme that can solve the above disadvantages. Using insulating overlapping section type electric split phase overcomes the shortcomings of the original structure, which realizes the flexibility of over-zone feeding.
