针对实际应用中的变载工况,在自制的冲击载荷试验台上,用一个钢球冲击超高分子量聚乙烯盘.改变载荷条件下,研究了超高分子量聚乙烯表面的塑性变形情况.采用表面形貌仪,对超高分子量聚乙烯塑性变形产生的凹痕形貌进行测量.结果发现,在相同的冲击载荷作用下,凹痕的外截面直径和凹痕深度均随冲击次数而增加;当载荷增加时,在相同的冲击次数条件下,凹痕的外截面直径和凹痕深度也增加.
針對實際應用中的變載工況,在自製的遲擊載荷試驗檯上,用一箇鋼毬遲擊超高分子量聚乙烯盤.改變載荷條件下,研究瞭超高分子量聚乙烯錶麵的塑性變形情況.採用錶麵形貌儀,對超高分子量聚乙烯塑性變形產生的凹痕形貌進行測量.結果髮現,在相同的遲擊載荷作用下,凹痕的外截麵直徑和凹痕深度均隨遲擊次數而增加;噹載荷增加時,在相同的遲擊次數條件下,凹痕的外截麵直徑和凹痕深度也增加.

In light of the impacting load conditions in real applications, a UHMW-PE plate is dropped by a steel ball on an impacting load apparatus. The plastic deformation of the UHMW-PE plate is explored by changing the impacting times and the load. Then the surface microtopography was measured by the 3D surface plasmon resonance analyzer. It is found that under the same impacting load, the diameter and depth of the pit increase with the impacting times; when the load is increased, the diameter and depth of the pit also increase under the same impacting time.
