从建筑物防雷接闪器、引下线、接地装置3个方面介绍新建武汉火车站大面积金属屋面防雷施工，对金属屋面作为接闪器的防雷重点、难点问题及处理方法进行实践。新建武汉火车站由中铁第四勘察设计院集团有限公司与法国AREP公司联合设计．选址于武汉市青山区杨春湖附近，毗邻国家4A级东湖风景区。车站设计为候车式与通过式相结合，服务功能齐全，形成客运专线、普速铁路与城市公交、地铁的无缝连接。

In this paper, the construction of lightning protection for the large area metal roof of Wuhan new railway station is introduced from three aspects, namely, the air-termination system, down- conductor system and earth-termination system, and the practice of the key points and difficult problems to be brought about by taking the metal roof as the air- termination system and their solutions has been made
