建立了同时测定了番茄沙司中的罗丹明B、碱性橙Ⅱ,碱性嫩黄O,苏丹红Ⅰ-Ⅳ等7种染料含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。样品乙腈超声提取、浓缩过滤后,进行HPLC分离检测;结果在17min内可达到对以上七种非食用色素完全分离。试验表明:该方法的线性范围和相关系数为0.5-50mg/L和0.9993,检出限为3-10μg/kg;相对标准偏差(RSDs,n=6)为1.3%-3.0%
