增强高职思想政治教育的实效性,始终是高职院校思想政治教育工作中的重点和难点。文章阐述了高职院校思想政治教育具有＂职业性＂、＂应用型＂和＂实践型＂的特性,分析了影响和制约高职院校思想政治教育实效性的主要问题,提出应从加强学生专业教学、加强校园文化建设、解决学生实际问题、开展社会实践活动和引入企业先进文化等几个方面增强高职院校思想政治教育的实效性。

To strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education is always the key and difficult point.This paper illustrates that the ideological and political education in vocational colleges has three characteristics which are professional,applied and practical.Moreover,it analyzes the main factors that affect and restrict its effectiveness,and puts forwards the feasible methods from the perspectives of strengthening specialty teaching,reinforcing campus cultural construction,solving the practical problems,developing social practice and importing advanced methods from enterprises.
