介绍了基于虚拟仪器的渐开线涡旋型线测试系统,分析了该系统的机构原理,系统误差及误差纠正方法。该系统是利用直线运动与旋转运动的合成运动形成标准的圆渐开线轨迹,与待测零件型线轨迹进行比较的方法,进行测量型线轮廓度的误差;通过运用角编码器及丝杠误差的软件修正,可以较好的消除系统误差。将虚拟仪器技术应用到涡旋型线测试系统中,能方便的对测试结果进行处理,得到型线轮廓度误差,且是该系统具有灵活性好,易于改造升级等优点。
介紹瞭基于虛擬儀器的漸開線渦鏇型線測試繫統,分析瞭該繫統的機構原理,繫統誤差及誤差糾正方法。該繫統是利用直線運動與鏇轉運動的閤成運動形成標準的圓漸開線軌跡,與待測零件型線軌跡進行比較的方法,進行測量型線輪廓度的誤差;通過運用角編碼器及絲槓誤差的軟件脩正,可以較好的消除繫統誤差。將虛擬儀器技術應用到渦鏇型線測試繫統中,能方便的對測試結果進行處理,得到型線輪廓度誤差,且是該繫統具有靈活性好,易于改造升級等優點。

Introduced measuring system for scroll plates line based on LabVIEW, analyzed the principle of mechanism, system error, and the method of correcting error. The principle of the system was comparing the standard round involute trace resulted by linear movement and rotation movement with the scroll trace of the part, so that the profile tolerance error of the scroll can be gotten. Through angle coder and the method of software correcting for general screw' s cumulative pitch error, the measurement system can eliminate the system error. Applying virtual instrument in the measuring system for scroll plates, the system has the virtue of good flexibility , can handle the test data convenience.
